1. Please allow 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders ship sooner!

2. International Orders (UK & Canada): We do ship internationally! Standard international rates apply.

   • Free shipping on orders over $100 USD.
     

   • Note: Additional customs fees or import charges may apply, depending on your country.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
3. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your order is returned to us due to shipping issues.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable for order cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pass The Herb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
